Dear Pam,
 
Phil and I have thought about you so much over the past six years. We remember so well all you did to help us acquire the beautiful home we have today. The work you put into dealing with us while you were here and we were living in Tucson, was beyond the call of duty! Working with you just made everything run so smoothly. You took care of every detail, long distance, and in the end we had exactly what we wanted in a home. It was so easy to work with you and, as you well know, our friendship has continued all these many years. It is amazing that you are so professional in everything you do and at the same time, you work with your clients as true friends. We always knew we could come to you with any questions, requests and needs and you would take care of everything for us. We just want to say thank you for all you did for us. We could not have been happier with our buying experience. I can honestly say we never faced one problem in selecting and purchasing our home with you. What a great person you are and what a wonderful friend!
